1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of InnerVisionEngineering, an AI-powered engineering intelligence platform designed to support system-level reasoning, design interpretation, and decision support for complex engineering workflows.

By accessing this website, using our platform, or interacting with any AI-generated insights, analysis tools, simulations, or recommendations, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Nature of the Platform

InnerVisionEngineering is an engineering intelligence and decision-support system that provides AI-assisted interpretation of designs, simulation outputs, system models, and engineering constraints.

The platform does not replace certified engineering judgment, regulatory approval processes, or physical validation. All outputs, insights, and recommendations are intended to assist engineering decision-making and must be independently verified before implementation.

4. Engineering Responsibility

The platform does not assume responsibility for structural failures, system malfunctions, safety incidents, financial losses, or operational issues arising from the use or misuse of AI-generated insights.

5. Data Inputs & Assumptions

The accuracy of insights depends on the quality, completeness, and correctness of user-provided inputs such as design models, simulation data, constraints, and system parameters.

The system may make assumptions where data is missing or incomplete. These assumptions are explicitly or implicitly generated and must be reviewed by the user before reliance.

InnerVisionEngineering may integrate with external engineering tools, simulation engines, CAD platforms, APIs, or third-party services.

We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, downtime, or data integrity of any third-party systems. Users must comply with the respective terms of those platforms.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including AI models, reasoning frameworks, system architectures, interface designs, documentation, and proprietary methodologies remain the intellectual property of InnerVisionEngineering unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

InnerVisionEngineering shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to design errors, system failures, operational downtime, or financial losses.

The platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a specific engineering purpose.

9. Experimental Technology Disclaimer

Users acknowledge that InnerVisionEngineering is an evolving AI-based system. Outputs may be experimental, probabilistic, or subject to model limitations.

The platform is intended for research, early-stage design exploration, and engineering assistance, not as a replacement for certified simulation or safety-critical validation systems.

10. Acceptable Use

• No misuse of the platform for illegal or unsafe engineering applications
• No attempts to reverse engineer AI models or internal system logic
• No unauthorized access to backend systems or data pipelines
• No manipulation of outputs for deceptive or harmful purposes

11. Modifications

InnerVisionEngineering reserves the right to update, modify, enhance, refine, or discontinue any feature, service, workflow module, AI model behavior, interface component, or part of the platform at any time without prior notice. These changes may be introduced to improve system performance, security, accuracy, usability, compliance with evolving technical standards, or alignment with new engineering intelligence capabilities and research advancements.

Continued use of the platform after any such changes, updates, or modifications have been implemented constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Users are encouraged to periodically review the Terms to remain informed about updates, as ongoing usage implies acknowledgment of the platform’s evolving nature and acceptance of its most current version.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, limit, or permanently terminate access to the platform, including AI tools, analytics modules, reasoning engines, APIs, or related services, for violations of these Terms, misuse of the system, unauthorized access attempts, reverse engineering efforts, or any activity that compromises platform integrity, security, stability, or intended usage. Termination may also occur in cases of suspected fraudulent behavior, abuse of computational resources, or actions that may negatively impact other users or system performance.

Termination does not absolve users of any legal, financial, contractual, or compliance obligations that existed prior to termination. Any outstanding responsibilities, including payment obligations, intellectual property restrictions, confidentiality requirements, or liability clauses, shall continue to remain in effect and enforceable even after access to the platform has been revoked or discontinued.
